International Delivery Exceptions – We are able to ship our chocolate products all over the world, however certain countries do have restrictions in place to govern the import of confectionary products and any goods containing dairy into the country so please check your local government website if you are unsure.

Isle of Man/ UK – For the Isle of Man and UK we have a standard shipping rate in place up to 5 kilograms in weight. If your order exceeds this weight we will email you to let you know if any what the extra postage costs will be. Any orders travelling outside of the UK will be charged accordingly, please contact us for a postage cost if required. We deliver to the Isle of Man and UK using Royal Mail.

Due to the fragile nature of our products all goods to be shipped will be well wrapped and boxed to ensure that they make it to your desired location in one piece. We always want your items to arrive in perfect condition, which is why we take enormous care in the design of our packaging and devote so much attention to the delivery of your order.

As all our products are made freshly on a weekly basis we aim to have all orders dispatched within 72 hours period of being received and processed. If your order is delayed for any reason we will notify you by email of this.

If your order does not arrive within 14 days, please contact us either by email or call us on 01624 844111.

Adverse Weather Conditions – We will always make every effort to deliver your order on time. Occasionally, we are affected by factors that are beyond our control, such as bad weather. Should this happen, we will update you by email or phone with details of any delays we are experiencing.

Personal Collection at our Peel Ice Cream Parlour – You can choose to collect your order, whilst also treating yourself to one of our delicious Manx dairy ice creams from our Ice Cream Parlour in Peel, Isle of Man free of charge. We will try to have your order available for collection within 72 hours and we will notify you by email, or phone if you provide a number, when your order is ready for collection. You will need to bring your order confirmation with you as proof of purchase when you come.

Returns – We do not accept returns of chocolate products as these are fragile and perishable items and will be shipped in first class condition. If you have a problem with a chocolate product received please email us and we will endeavour to rectify the issue if possible. You can return any non-perishable items by post. However, before you do please e-mail info@davisons.co.im for confirmation – You must return your purchase within 30 days and enclose your proof of purchase, order/invoice details and reason for return.

If you are returning a faulty product you will not be responsible for paying the postage however, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping if you return an item that is not faulty. We will notify you of the refund once we have received and processed the returned item(s).
